The University Examinations shall be conducted at the end of each academic year at HOPE International College Satdobato, Lalitpur Nepal or at the Exam Hall fixed by the concerned University only.

The candidates have to register for all papers of the respective year of study for the examinations.

The Exam Application Forms and Hall-Tickets shall be dispatched to the respective HOPE Regional Branch by HIC.

The Statement of Marks, Provisional Certificate, Degree / Diploma Certificates will be dispatched to the respective HOPE Regional Branch by HIC.

There is a provision for revaluation of answer scripts. Candidates desiring to revalue their answer scripts can apply directly to HIC, within one month from the date of publication of results by remitting Rs.500 - per paper towards Revaluation Fee by means of Demand Draft drawn in favor of "HOPE International College Pvt. Ltd." payable at Kathmandu.
